Cleaning is a decide-fast industry. Nobody researches commercial cleaners for a week; they search, skim two or three sites on a phone and request a quote from the one that looked most professional and made asking easiest. The website is not a brochure here. It is the first step of the sales process.
The brief
iProtect needed a site that could compete with established Sydney cleaning companies from day one. It had to make the service range obvious at a glance (offices, retail, end-of-lease), look as reliable as the crews the company puts on site, and put a quote request within one tap of every screen, because in this industry the fastest credible responder usually wins the job.
What we built
- A quote-first layout. The quote request is the spine of the site: visible in the hero, repeated at natural decision points, and short enough to finish on a phone in under a minute.
- Services structured by job type. Office, retail and end-of-lease cleaning each explained on its own terms, with the differences a facilities manager or tenant actually cares about.
- Trust cues where hesitation happens. The professional presentation, service detail and clear business information that separate a real operation from a flyer with a phone number.
- Mobile-first and fast. Most cleaning searches happen on a phone, often outside office hours, so every page is built to load and read instantly.
Design and build notes
Service businesses like this live or die on friction. Every extra field on the form, every vague headline, every second of load time filters out real customers. The design language is deliberately clean and high-contrast so the site reads as organised and professional, which is precisely the quality people are buying when they hire cleaners. It is the same conversion-first thinking we bring to every trades and services build.
