Gregory Hills almost doubled its business count in four years. The 45-hectare Central Hills business park, the town centre on Village Circuit and a private hospital on Gregory Hills Drive have given it a health and trade economy of its own, and each part of it needs a different kind of website.

Where business happens

Central Hills, Village Circuit and The George Centre

The Central Hills business park sits in the middle of the suburb, with sites along Central Hills Drive and Lasso Road and road access to the Hume Motorway. Gregory Hills Town Centre on Village Circuit opened in April 2019 with a Woolworths, and an expansion in December 2021 added an Aldi, The Reject Shop and other daily-needs stores.

Health is the other anchor. The George Centre, on the corner of Gregory Hills Drive and Hermitage Way in neighbouring Gledswood Hills, was completed in July 2023 as a private surgical hospital with a maternity unit, four birthing suites and paediatric services. It was planned as the first of three stages in its precinct.

Clinic, showroom or practice: what each site needs

Health, trade and professional businesses in Gregory Hills each want a different job done by their website.

Clinics and allied health

Online booking, practitioner profiles and clear fee information matter most. Advertising for a regulated health service also has to follow the National Law, which bans testimonials about clinical aspects of care, so we build trust around qualifications, detailed service pages and photos of your actual rooms rather than patient testimonials.

Showrooms and trade counters in the business park

A Central Hills firm often sells to tradies, builders and other businesses. Product ranges, trade account sign-up and directions to the right entrance off Lasso Road or Central Hills Drive all save phone calls. If you sell stock online as well, our e-commerce builds start from $5,500.

Accountants, engineers and consultants

The 196 professional services businesses in this area win work on trust. The approach we took when rebuilding the site for Hussaini Law Group, a Fairfield immigration firm, applies here too: plain explanations, visible credentials and pages that load fast on a phone.

A young suburb with many home languages

The 2021 Census counted 9,142 people in the suburb of Gregory Hills, with a median age of 30. Just under 60% spoke only English at home, and Arabic (4.3%), Hindi (3.0%), Spanish (2.3%), Bengali (1.9%) and Samoan (1.6%) were the most common other languages. For a GP, dentist or childcare centre, a short page in Arabic or Hindi explaining how to book can remove a real barrier.

The wider area is still filling up. The ABS estimates that 20,313 people lived in the Gledswood Hills and Gregory Hills statistical area in 2025, against 14,299 counted there at the 2021 Census, so many households are still choosing their regular providers. Solid local SEO foundations help a new practice or service get found while those habits form.

Good to know

Gregory Hills web design questions, answered

Can a Gregory Hills medical practice show patient reviews on its website?
Only with care. Under the National Law, advertising for a regulated health service can't use testimonials about clinical aspects such as symptoms, treatment or outcomes. Ahpra's guidelines say comments purely about customer service or communication style are not testimonials. We design clinic sites with that rule in mind, leaning on clear service pages and practitioner credentials rather than patient quotes.
Our business is in the Central Hills business park. What should the website focus on?
Make it easy for a trade or business buyer to act. List what you stock or service, who you supply, your trading hours and exactly which street your entrance is on, since the park spans Central Hills Drive and Lasso Road. Add a quote or trade account form. For a showroom, good product photos taken on site do more than stock images.
Should my website say Gregory Hills or Gledswood Hills?
Use your exact registered address everywhere, even if customers think of the whole area as Gregory Hills. The George Centre, for example, sits on Gregory Hills Drive but its address is in Gledswood Hills. Google compares the address on your site with your Google Business Profile, and a mismatch can weaken both. Mention the neighbouring suburb in your copy instead.
What does a website for a Gregory Hills clinic cost?
A clinic usually needs more than three pages: one per service, practitioner profiles, fees and a booking link. That fits our Grow package, from $3,500 inc. GST, six to eight pages over roughly two weeks. A single-practitioner service can start on Launch, from $1,500. Either way the quote is fixed before work starts, and Sayed replies to every enquiry within one business day.
