Oran Park was a motor racing circuit until 2010. It now holds Camden Council's offices, a town centre with A-grade office space and a 184-room Atura hotel on the Podium. The local business count has grown by almost 80% since 2021, and most of those businesses have no staff.

In June 2025 the ABS counted 1,677 businesses in the Oran Park statistical area, up from 939 in June 2021. Of those, 57.7% have no employees and 439 turn over less than $50,000 a year. The count grew by 738 in four years, so many of these businesses are young. Construction (366) leads, but transport, postal and warehousing is close behind with 331, almost one business in five. In an area of mostly one-person operations, that points to owner-drivers and couriers more than large depots. For them, a lean, credible site plus a Google Business Profile usually beats an expensive build.

Where business happens

Where business happens in Oran Park

The town centre grew around Oran Park Podium, which opened in September 2014 and was enlarged in 2024. Camden Council moved its administration to Central Avenue in 2016, and TRN House, the first A-grade office building in the town centre, was completed in 2020. Its twin, LPC House on Fordham Way, followed in 2023, and the University of Notre Dame runs its Oran Park Study Centre inside TRN House.

The Podium's second stage also includes the Atura hotel, with conference and event facilities. In the employment lands, developer Greenfields has named Officeworks, Supercheap, Petbarn and Anytime Fitness as confirmed tenants for a bulky goods site, and Homeworld Oran Park opened in October 2025 with 104 display homes from 33 building companies.

Websites for a new town's first businesses

Most Oran Park owners are buying their first proper website, so we keep the scope honest and the build quick.

A sole trader site with substance

A three-page Launch site from $1,500 gives an Oran Park owner-operator a proper home online: what you do, the suburbs you cover and a phone number that works in one tap. If you're still settling on a name or logo, our branding work can run alongside the build.

Trades selling to new homeowners

With 366 construction businesses in the area and a display village of 104 homes inside the suburb, Oran Park trades compete for owners fitting out new builds. Photos of finished jobs in nearby streets, clear inclusions and an enquiry form that asks about the build stage do much of the selling.

A Punjabi or Hindi page for your main service

At the 2021 Census, 56.4% of Oran Park residents spoke only English at home. Punjabi (3.8%), Arabic (3.4%), Hindi (2.9%) and Nepali (2.7%) were the most common other languages. One page for your main service in Punjabi or Hindi, with wording from you or a translator you trust, reaches families who search in those languages. We build it alongside your English pages.

Winning customers in a suburb of newcomers

Many Oran Park households have arrived in the past few years. The ABS estimates 25,695 people lived in the Oran Park area in 2025, against 17,624 counted at the 2021 Census, when the median age was 30. Newcomers don't yet have a plumber, tutor or cleaner they've used for years, so a business that shows up clearly in local search gets a fair hearing.

Getting around is changing as well. Since 5 July 2026, new buses have run every 30 minutes from Campbelltown to Western Sydney International Airport via Oran Park, and between Narellan and Oran Park. If you serve customers across the Camden area, a service-area page that names the suburbs you actually reach is more useful than a vague 'all of Sydney' line.

Local support worth knowing

Free one-on-one business help runs from Camden Council's own offices in Oran Park.

Good to know

Oran Park web design questions, answered

I'm an owner-driver or courier based in Oran Park. Do I need a website?
If all your work comes through one app or one contractor, probably not yet. If you want direct customers, such as local removals, deliveries or regular runs for businesses in the Oran Park employment lands, a small site and a Google Business Profile make you look reliable and give people a way to request a quote without hunting for your number.
The Podium's Atura hotel has 184 rooms and event spaces. Should my Oran Park business plan for visitors?
If you sell to visitors, yes. The hotel includes conference and event facilities, so nearby cafés, florists, photographers and transport operators may hear from people who don't know the area. A page that explains where you are in relation to the Podium, with opening hours and parking details, gives those guests what they need.
Do I need to spend more on my website because Oran Park is growing so fast?
No. Growth is a reason to choose a site you can extend, not to overspend at the start. Launch, from $1,500 inc. GST, gets a new Oran Park business online with about three pages in roughly a week. When you add services or start covering Gregory Hills or Leppington, Grow starts at $3,500. Our page on web design for small businesses covers what to include first.
Can we meet face to face in Oran Park?
Yes. Oran Park is a short drive from our base in the Campbelltown and Ingleburn area, so we can meet at your home office, a job you're working on or in the town centre near the Podium. After that, most of the project runs over video calls and a private preview link, and Sayed replies to every enquiry within one business day with honest advice and a fixed quote.
