Ingleburn is really two business districts split by the railway. West of the line sits Campbelltown City's largest employment precinct by floorspace. On the other side, Oxford Road and the station keep the town centre busy. We build websites for both, and since Ingleburn is on our doorstep, meeting on either side of the line is easy.

Transport, postal and warehousing leads with 305, followed by construction (290) and rental, hiring and real estate (269). Manufacturing (201) and wholesale trade (126) also make the top eight. Size is the standout: 282 businesses turn over $2 million or more, compared with 246 in the area covering Campbelltown and Woodbine, and 93 employ 20 or more people. Buyers of industrial services often check a supplier's capability online before they call, so a credible site does real selling here.

Where business happens

Two sides of the line

In 1969 a large area west of the railway was rezoned for industry, and it has stayed that way. A draft 2020 review of employment land prepared for Campbelltown City Council put Ingleburn's precinct at about 316 hectares, holding roughly 1.5 million square metres of employment floorspace. That is around half the total across the city's nine employment precincts. The review also noted that Ingleburn had attracted several large transport and logistics businesses, with industrial sites along streets such as Aero Road.

Across the tracks, Oxford Road is the town's traditional main street, and Ingleburn Village on Macquarie Road anchors the centre with Coles and more than 400 car spaces. Planning rules now allow it to grow. An amendment to the local environmental plan, finalised in December 2023, allows taller buildings and more homes within walking distance of Ingleburn station, and council says the extra residents add to the centre's economic viability.

What we build for Ingleburn firms

Industrial buyers and local shoppers want different things from a website, so the page plan starts with whoever is actually searching.

Capability pages for B2B buyers

A procurement officer or site manager wants to see your equipment, capacity, certifications and delivery area before calling. We give each capability its own page with your own photos from the floor, so your sales team can send a link instead of a PDF brochure.

Separate paths for trade and retail

Wholesalers and manufacturers often serve trade accounts and walk-in customers at once. We can build enquiry forms that ask each group the right questions and route them to different inboxes, so a trade order never gets buried under general questions.

Directions that work in an estate

Customers and couriers can struggle to find the right unit in a large industrial area. We spell out the correct entrance, loading dock hours and visitor parking on your site and Google Business Profile, so a first visit doesn't start with a phone call.

Ready for more locals near the station

The station-area rezoning allows more homes within walking distance of the station and Oxford Road. For shops and services there, we build pages you can edit yourself, from opening hours to service lists, and guide you through a Google Business Profile so you appear when new neighbours search nearby.

On our doorstep

We're based in the Campbelltown and Ingleburn area, so a visit to your workshop to walk through how customers find your unit is a short trip. After that we work through video calls and a private link where you can watch the site take shape, and the handover covers making your own updates. For a business that wins work through quotes, our iProtect Cleaning site, built for a Sydney commercial cleaner, shows how a quote-first layout is put together.

Local support worth knowing

Campbelltown City Council's business pages are the best starting point for Ingleburn owners, from investment information to free advice services.

Sources and how we researched this page

We researched this page in October 2026. The business figures are from the Australian Bureau of Statistics, and every local detail was checked against the public sources below, most of them council, NSW Government and ABS pages.

Good to know

Ingleburn web design questions, answered

Can you build a website for a manufacturer or logistics company in Ingleburn?
Yes. Transport, manufacturing and wholesale businesses together make up nearly a third of Ingleburn's business count, and a 2020 review prepared for council found its industrial precinct holds the most employment floorspace in Campbelltown City. For these firms we build capability pages, certifications, service areas and quick quote forms, so a buyer can shortlist you without a phone call. Our custom web design process explains how each build is planned from scratch.
Is it worth having parts of my Ingleburn site in Bengali or Nepali?
It depends on your customers and whether you can reply in that language. At the 2021 Census, 7.2% of Ingleburn residents used Bengali at home and 4.8% used Nepali, and 44.7% of households used a language other than English. A grocer or tutoring service serving those communities may benefit from a translated landing page, with the wording supplied by you or a translator you trust. A firm selling mostly to other businesses usually doesn't need one, and we'll say so.
What will a website cost for my Ingleburn business?
Page count drives most of it. Launch starts at $1,500 for about three pages and suits a single-service trade or a small Oxford Road shop. Grow starts at $3,500 for six to eight pages, which is where most industrial firms land once each capability has its own page. E-commerce starts at $5,500 if you sell parts or stock online. Quotes are fixed and include GST, and you can compare them on our web design packages page.
Can you visit our premises in the Ingleburn industrial area?
Yes. Ingleburn is close to home for us, so we can come to your workshop, warehouse or showroom to talk through the project. Real photos of your floor, fleet and stock build more trust with buyers than stock images do, and we'll tell you which shots to take. After that visit, the build itself is managed over video and a preview link you can open any time.
